I was asked to design a device to help one of the patient to grab her walker smoothly. As she previously had brain surgery, her wrist wasn't able to rotate as she wished.
I came up with the idea below, where she can utilize her arm movement pushing forward, combing the unique 3-D printed groove design with a spring in it, to have her wrist in upright position.
